Managing Partner
Ms. Richa is an experienced strategist and has led many global cross-practice multi-disciplinary teams of experts, delivering high-end consulting engagements. Her clients include international and national companies, governments, regulators, services companies, and financial investors. Prior to starting KonnectStrategy, she led many advisor roles, where she provided commercial support to many international clients. Ms. Richa holds MBA in Finance & Marketing and also posses a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication engineering.

Pankaj Upadhyay leads Strategy practice in the Middle East and Africa. He helps clients deliver rapid, visible performance improvements in the short term while strengthening their competitiveness for long-term sustainability.
In addition, Pankaj heads KonnectStrategy's Energy Economics work globally. Pankaj has deep expertise in strategy and business transformation. He has been engaged in turnarounds with global clients on numerous projects in the energy, chemicals, and renewable sector. He studied business administration (MBA) in International Business and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering (BE).

Vinay brings 33+ years of experience as a CFO, Finance Director and Head of Strategy in globally competitive companies including chairing as Group CFO of Ashok Piramal Group, Director Finance of Micro Inks Ltd (Listed Co.), CFO of Mitsu Ltd/Bilag Ltd, and CFO of Ciba Giegy – Lalbhai JV.
With specialized experience in strategic planning, fundraising, merger and acquisitions, product licensing, global structuring, investor relations, financial management, family business restructuring, and governance, he has been deeply involved in scaling businesses internationally in all geographies.

With 30 years of experience, he has led various projects for energy players in refinery operations, planning, and scheduling, backcasting (Gap Analysis) for refinery performance, and feedstocks evaluation.

He is a Linear Programming (LP) expert with in-depth exposure in AspenTech PIMS and Aveva's SpiralPlan. He has been involved with many global clients for feasibility studies for greenfield refinery and petrochemicals projects and Oil to Chemicals integration studies. In addition, Keshav has also completed assignments in the development and troubleshooting of LP models for Refineries.
